A clean, cozy, and modern 4 bedroom waterfront hone designed with families in mind. It's set up for a maximum of 6 adults and 1-2 kids.
A large back deck and patio on the point surrounded by water with lots of seating for a variety of experiences:
-roasting hot dogs or s’mores over a fire or grilling out
-sipping your morning coffee
-reading a book
-kayaking and paddle-boarding
-swimming off the dock (located in the quiet no wake zone)
-fishing in our "bass alley" (with fishing license if over 16)
-grassy backyard for yard games
-over 200ft of water views for just relaxing

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make delicious home-cooked meals. After a full day of swimming, you'll want to kick back on one of the 2 outdoor spaces! One with a gas fire pit on the deck with comfy rocker glider chairs or the perfect spot on the point of our property with a solo wood-burning stove and adirondack chairs is sure to end the night right!
We try to go above and beyond and think of the little things for you to enjoy your time.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
No need to draw straws for the best bed, because all our mattresses are memory foam ensuring a good night’s sleep for all the rooms!
➺ The main floor master bedroom has an adjustable king bed with an attached bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and an oversized soaking tub.
➺ The other main floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and attached full bath with a walk-in shower
➺ Upstairs, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a shared bathroom with the 4th bedroom featuring a full size bed.
THE OUTSIDE
The outside and surrounding areas of the home are peaceful and serene. The back deck is private, but you are located in the "no wake zone" where other boats frequently park to swim. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to escape to, you’ve found the right place!
