Modern architecture is focused on the needs of people and radiates comfort, subtle luxury, and understated elegance. There are three distinct levels to the villa. All five of the bedrooms, which are spread over three stories, are worthy of privacy, and the numerous common areas, which are furnished with items from the owners' personal collection and adorned with original artwork, encourage conversation. Because of the amphitheatrical design, every level has direct access to the grounds, and every interior space has floor heating, air conditioning, and an abundance of natural light.
RENTED EXTRA UPON REQUEST - The property has a separate two-room studio on the lower level that has its own entrance from the main villa. The studio has a semi-double bed in the bedroom, a shower in the bathroom and a fully functional kitchenette in the living area. There is a private outdoor dining table and seating available for it. It is perfect for support staff or tenants who want to keep their privacy during a large group stay.
