From the living room you have a wonderful view of the islands. Still on this floor, on one side there is the sitting area with satellite TV and on the other the dining area with a large table. From this level you reach the terraced roof with deck chairs and umbrella which is a wonderful viewpoint over the lake and islands. Directly connected to the villa through some doors that open onto the various floors of the main staircase, you enter the outbuilding, also completely new with the same wonderful view of the lake. It is divided over 3 floors and has 3 real independent apartments, equipped with all services. On the ground floor, garden level, there is a large room with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and lounge/kitchen area. On the first floor there is a sitting room, a kitchen/dining area which opens onto a terrace furnished with a table and deck chairs, a bedroom with a lake view and a bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is a living room, an area with a kitchen overlooking the lake, a double bedroom overlooking the lake with a long balcony, another bedroom with two joinable singles and a bathroom with shower. The garden has an area on two levels, on the lower level there is the beautiful lake swimming pool 4 x 9 meters equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and deck chairs and a staircase that leads to the lake for swimming, and another area in front to the outbuilding with outdoor shower and another staircase leading down to the lake. Reserved for guests two uncovered parking spaces reserved inside the property, each with 3 parking spaces. The location of the villa is incredible and offers the possibility of a luxury holiday directly on the lake.
