It lays on a private plot of 1.000 square meters and offers 250 square meters of living space. It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open-concept living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, it offers a sauna.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has super king-size beds (200 cm × 200 cm). It has a private bathroom and a direct exit to the pool terrace. On the upper floor, you will find the rest of the two bedrooms. Each of them has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. One of them also has access to the roofed terrace with lounge seating and partial sea views.
