This Otter Lake home offers gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding valley, all within steps of your private dock and a sandy beach. This quality built home has it all. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a spacious and beautiful kitchen including an island with a view of the lake! Exterior post and beam accents, pine tongue and grove ceilings and a wood burning stove. The layout is a favorite for one family or more! The master bedroom with private 4 piece en-suite is on the main floor along with a second bedroom and full bath. Up the solid wood staircase you'll find 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with access to another full bathroom. Off the kitchen and living room is an impressive wood deck with panoramic views of the lake. A paved drive and attached garage offer ample parking and storage for your stay.

The Cottonwood shows pride of ownership and includes designer furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, private campfire pit, high speed wireless internet service, 2 large flat screen LCD TV's with cable service and a DVD collection. Getting to the Cottonwood is easy. From Vancouver take the Trans Canada Hwy to Hope. From Hope take the No 3
Hwy (the Crow's Nest), through scenic Manning Park to Princeton. Once into Princeton, follow Bridge Street through town and across the river on the old one-way wooden bridge. turn left and follow signs to Tulameen. The town of Tulameen is located approximately 25 minutes from Princeton. Make sure you turn right at the stop sign at Coalmont road and drive past the old Coalmont Hotel. Once you come to the Tulameen General Store, stay on the main road going North through the town then left along the west side of the lake. You've made it to The Cottonwood!
