Summary: Hi Karen, we’d like you to know how much we enjoyed your house. The location was perfect, as was the house for the twelve of us (ages 21 months and up). The communication was excellent and Michelle was a great help too. From the time we checked in, with the kind gifts left for my grandchildren, to the goodies for us all to enjoy (adults enjoyed the adult beverages too) it was greatly appreciated and just easy….which was needed after a long day of travel. By the way, Oliver’s stuffed turtle is named Kona. And, the house, oh my! The view walking through the front door was amazing. From the well-stocked kitchen (dishes galore), all paper products and soap included, to the ample seating inside and out, it was just great and very comfortable as were all the beds with plenty of linens. The outdoor kitchen and grill were very nice too. Some of us saw the volcano erupt, fished, zip-lined, had a day visit to Pearl Harbor, drove up to Mauna Kea, visited Hilo, and the beauty surrounding that town and shopped. We still had plenty of time, together, to enjoy the pool and the beach in back of the house and just listen to the beautiful waves. We all, also, went to a great luau at Royal Kona. Maybe the highlight was seeing the sunset on a boat while watching the manta rays swim. I’m not sure as there were a lot of highlights. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! The memories will be with us forever.
