Inside this magnificent oceanfront home, you will be nice and cool thanks to the central air-conditioning throughout. Upon entry, a staircase to the second level will greet you. The open concept living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room and features marvelous beach and ocean views. Spread out on two and watch TV, or step out to the furnished balcony overlooking the shared outdoor pool, the beach, and the ocean. The living room also features a convenient desk for those planning to work remotely.
The well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) will be every cook's best friend with a double-door full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, counter space, dishes and pots. No true tropical vacation is complete without a refreshing and natural fruit juice, right? The wet bar right is equipped with plenty of counter space, a margarita glass set, different glasses and wine glasses, and a mini-fridge. The blender will be ideal for cocktails! On this same level, you'll find two bedrooms, two full ensuite bathrooms, and a half bathroom. You have free transport to La Quinta, the famous walking street, every day at 9.30 am and 11 am. Within walking distance, you'll find several local attractions like a small archeological zone, just in front of Fishermen. Plan a day in Cozumel - the pier is less than 5 minutes away by bike! Or you can walk the same distance to the mall of Paseo del Carmen, or around La Quinta. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).
