4 Bedroom House with Ocean View, Wellness Facilities and Entertainment
Experience luxury, Amazing waterviews, and relax in this completely remodeled home. Access to a two story dock and kayaks just a walk or bike ride away. This property is so relaxing and comfortable you will never want to leave. Island and beach views from the back porch are breathtaking. Relax, ride bikes, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.
Every room in this home has beautiful waterviews. The master bedroom and Full bedrooms have access to the second story dock with breathtaking views of the water and Emerald isle. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people.
Shared parking, but the house is all yours.
Driveway is shared, but still plenty room for four to five cars.
There is a shared dock 1/2 mile away, for your enjoyment, you can walk or ride the bikes that are provided. It is down a private road along the intracoastal waterway at 147 Waterway Drive. It is a shared two story dock, so there may be other people there, but usually it is empty. Kayaks are available for your use as well, they are in the back.
Downtown Swansboro is 1 mile away.
3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.
