Positive: The view is amazing and Mario is a fantastic host - so helpful and friendly. He was always offering to help us in any way.
Negative: I wouldn't describe it as a luxury villa. The apartment is clean and functional but it is not very luxurious and a lot of things were odd or didn't work- the doors were difficult to close, we couldn't open windows in the upstairs bedrooms and they were very dark and grim. The microwave was in the living room and you had to wheel it on a cupboard across the room to plug it in. The sheets were not nice - very synthetic and the couch was very uncomfortable. We still enjoyed our stay here as the view was lovely and Mario was great but I don't think the standard of the accommodation lived up to expectations. Just to flag that to get to the beach/town you need to cross the main road which is very busy. There is no pedestrian crossing and then lots of steps down to the beach. So I wouldn't recommend the apartment to anyone with mobility issues or for young kids, strollers.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and Mario was a super host. Stunning view but this is not a luxury apartment.
