Summary: Probably the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in!  The wildlife was abundant ... daily rooftop visits by capuchin and squirrel monkeys, and we could see macaws, toucans, iguanas, howler monkeys and a sloth from the patio.  Our guided tour of Manuel Antonio was informative, but honestly we saw more animals up close right here!The house is in a great location near Quepos and Manuel Antonio - short walk (up a steep hill) to the supermarket and restaurants.  Kitchen was well equipped with cooking essentials and even had a cooler to use at the beach.  The patio / pool area with hanging swings was our favorite place to hang out every afternoon. Carlos, the concierge, was knowledgeable and attentive and helped book tours and a private chef  (highly recommend)!If you're deciding between rentals, this is the one! One thing to note for families - there are 3 bedrooms and one is off the kitchen / living room and slightly separated from the other two which are off the pool. This was fine for our family with 3 teenagers, but might be worth considering if you have smaller kids.
