The open concept living space offers a full kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials and a few extras to make your stay an easy one. With 5 bedrooms, a large sofa and queen air mattress in the game room there is plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom offers an entrance onto the back patio as well as a private full bath. The walk in shower has multiple heads with tinted windows so you can enjoy the breathtaking views. The additional 2 bathrooms are conveniently located off the main living space. Both with walk in showers located conveniently off the remaining bedrooms. You’ll appreciate having a washer and dryer to take care of any laundry at your convenience. There is forced air heat and A/C to keep you comfortable. The home is full of windows letting the sunlight stream in all day long. Enjoy a session in the outdoor hot tub, a quick workout on the stair climber, assult runner or hydro rower. Find a good movie to stream on Netflix or your streaming platform as there are TVs in almost everyroom of the house, including the outdoor patio.
Outdoor amenities include a large covered patio, gas grill, Traeger, small refrigerator, propane heaters, electric fireplace, outdoor patio furniture, firepit,hot tub tubs filled with games and outdoor toys and a basketball hoop. The driveway encircles the home, which makes parking multiple vehicles or accommodating vehicles pulling trailers no problem at all.
Take a stroll down the 1 mile private lane, and along the way enjoy the spring-fed pond, and cattle and horses grazing nearby. We encourage you to enjoy the property and spacious views, but ask that you please protect our animals and fields by not crossing any fence lines. We hope you utilize the covered patio or the front propane fireplace to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and it’s not uncommon to see deer and wildlife in the morning and early evening grazing in the fields. It’s a pretty spectacular view! Please keep in mind that we’re a working hay farm/ranch, and you may see us occasionally out and about on the property. Depending on the time of year you visit, you may even get to see us baling hay and working in the fields.
