Rest, Relax, & Rejuvenate with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom 4 baths, all en-suite, luxury home boasting its own “cocktail pool & spa,” and outdoor kitchen amid the red rocks of St. George Utah. Overlooking the second fairway of the Ledges golf course and close to everything Southern Utah has to offer. 5 minutes to Snow Canyon, 40 minutes to Zion, 90 minutes to Bryce, 60 minutes to Pine Mountain, and 10 minutes to Utah Tech University. The HOA clubhouse also has a full size pool and spa, fitness room, pickle ball, and horseshoe pit to keep the whole family entertained. The house has a peloton! Bring your shoes!
We invite you to enjoy our home away from home. We are a family of avid travelers who have been all over the globe. We built our second home in St. George because we love the area as much as any place we’ve visited. If you love hiking, biking, golf, or just hanging out in great weather with a cold drink catching some rays, you can’t go wrong in this Southwestern oasis.
Inside the house you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with all the accompaniments, and custom artwork with pictures from our global travels. We hope you’ll find all the creature comforts of home, as we set up the house for our family, and yours not as a generic rental.
Outside you’ll find that we’ve maximized the outdoor space with three patios. The covered patio in the backyard has a high speed fan and seating for six. There are additional seats on the coping around the pool and fire pit. The interior courtyard between the house and Casita is a great place to enjoy shade during hot afternoons, or a morning coffee. And the flagstone patio in front of the house is a relaxing spot that looks out onto Fish Rock just beyond the Ledges development. The Pool heating IS included in the rental price.
We’ll provide you with our guidebook of the greater southern Utah area. Whether you want to visit one of the nearby 5 national parks, or the local gem Snow Canyon state park (which is just five minutes away), golf on one of St. George’s 18 courses, boat on one of the local reservoirs, 4-wheel the dunes, experience fine dining, attend a play at one of the areas spectacular outdoor amphitheaters, or just enjoy a quiet day/night… we’ll make sure your prepared at Casa R3!
