Villa Zita Exclusive is located in the small village of Švići, not far from Pićan, and 27 km from the tourist resort of Rabac and pebble beaches. Its location is ideal for everyone who wants to spend their vacation away from the busy everyday life and be surrounded by untouched nature. Shops and restaurants are about 8 km away.
Villa Zita Exclusive consists of two separate units on a spacious garden of 650 m2. Numerous outdoor facilities are available: a 55 m² swimming pool with a hydromassage corner, counter-current swimming and a waterfall, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a gas grill, a bread oven, an ice machine, a dishwasher, a table and chairs for 10 people and a large LCD by television. There is also a sun deck with deckchairs and a superb audio system for listening to music outdoors. For complete enjoyment, guests have at their disposal an air-conditioned wellness area of 50 m2 with a Finnish sauna, fitness equipment, shower and toilet. Private parking for 4 cars is located on the property, and for a more active holiday guests can use bicycles.
The first separate accommodation unit is 90m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a top-quality kitchen that is fully equipped, a dining table, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, with a double bed, and both have an ensuite bathroom with a shower/toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with deckchairs and access to the pool.
The larger house consists of a basement in which there is a separate living room with a beautiful designer fireplace and SAT-TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three double rooms each with SAT-TV, one with a double bed and private shower/toilet, one with separate beds and shower/toilet in the corridor, and one with a double bed, fireplace, balcony and private bathroom/ WC with hydromassage bath.
