Welcome to Merrybrook Manor, hosted by Lazy H Retreats! This large, open floor plan, single family home has everything you want or need while on vacation. The owners of this house, Josh and Jenny lived here for several years with their 2 kids, and have ensured this home was set up with all the bells and whistles. They love it so much they decided to share it with guests visiting the Austin area in lieu of selling it.
Merrybrook Manor has 4 bedrooms that share 2 large living rooms, a kitchen you will fall in love with, a formal dining room, and a wet bar! Bedrooms are spaced out with 2 on either end of the house providing ample privacy. The master bedroom and both living rooms have large, glass French doors opening up to the well manicured, spacious backyard. The pool and hot tub, fenced in for safety, are a perfect place to relax any day of the year. Turn on the waterfalls and enjoy the peace and privacy all while still being minutes away from the downtown excitement!
