Located on the hillside in the Kordere district of Kalkan, this spectacular secluded villa has three bedrooms and a capacity of guests. Fully air-conditioned throughout, everything is provided to ensure maximum enjoyment of guests, from the spacious luxurious lounge area with its satellie television, to the stylishly furnished outdoor sunbathing and dining areas, and portable barbeque. The ground floor accomodation consists of a large open plan kitchen and lounge, opening onto the pool terrace and its spectaculer sea views. A decorative open staircase leads up to the bedrooms, which consist of two double and one twin, all with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. There is a jacuzzi located in one of the double bedrooms, in which guests can enjoy the panorama whilst bathing.
The generous sized pool is 11 x 3.9 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. The nearest local grocers shop is 400-500 metres away. It is a short 4-5 minutes drive from the centre,(3km).
