Perfect for vacation, retreat or remote work. Located on the East coast of enchanting Puerto Rico, in the town of Fajardo, better known as the city of the rising sun. Bordered by 3 marinas (Villa Marina Yacht Club, Marina Puerto Chico, & Sea Lovers Marina). Quiet town with a bustling gastronomic scene, just 6 minutes from 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the island (Seven Seas, , Playa Escondida & Playa Colora), 10 minutes from los Kioskos de Luquillo and Luquillo Beach and 15 minutes from the El Yunque rainforest.
