The downstairs is like a separate 'ADU' with a full kitchen, bathroom, and pull out sofa with Tempur-pedic bed. House comes fully furnished and staffed with weekly Friday housekeeping, gardening, pool service, electricity, heat and internet. Owners are seeking a 3-5 month short term rental. Minimum rental period is one month please.

We are strict about the following to protect our home and neighbors:
• No loud music, parties, or unapproved gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10:30 pm-8am (per City of Hillsborough ordinance)
• Max 4 vehicles can park in the circular driveway and main driveway
• Garage use is excluded
• Only the number of guests listed may stay overnight
• A signed pool waiver and good neighbor agreement is required before check in
Pool Safety:
• No lifeguard on duty- swim at your own risk
• Children must be actively supervised on the pool deck
• No food, glass, diving, or rough play in or around the pool
Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points and pool area for your safety and peace of mind.
