The triple aspect living area has French doors that open out onto a large, elegant terrace with an al fresco dining area providing breath-taking panoramic views, encompassing the historic City Center, in particular Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo, as well as the surrounding hills with terraced olive groves. The terrace is protected from the elements by motorized sun-shades allowing it to be used year round.
From the terrace you access the perfectly kept 500 sqm (5400 sqf) garden with fruit trees, flowers and berry bushes. From spring to autumn you can witness the plants blossoming and have the possibility of eating the organic fruits directly from the plants.
