Features include private entry, large bedroom upstairs, double wardrobes, reverse-cycle AC in both the bedroom and living spaces, twin showerheads in the bathroom, dining table, breakfast bar/work space, wifi and all amenities included.
This funky space is ideal for 1 or 2 guests.
Situated in a quiet and private area, a short walk into the CBD with free parking at the door. There is a patio with table and chairs which catch the morning sunshine perfectly.
The queen-sized bedroom is in the loft upstairs, with a peaked-roof design and a window which lets in the morning light. 2 large in-built wardrobes, a sitting chair and a very comfortable queen bed with luxury linen. The design of the loft means some areas have less head room than others, but it accommodates all sizes.
On the ground level is the combined living space, with the kitchen, dining table and chairs and breakfast bar or workspace. Large refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils should you want to cook in the sleek kitchen.
The modern design of the bathroom is eye-catching, and there are 2 showerheads in the shower.
Heated or cooled by the AC upstairs and downstairs, it's a cosy place in winter and summer.
The outdoor space and entry is private, and the perfect spot for breakfast in the sun.
Enter the shared driveway at 78 Douro Street and drive past the first 2 buildings. As you reach the end of the driveway, your destination is to the left with a dedicated parking space at the entry door to The Luxe Loft.
