The Space:
Our Darlinghurst studio is perfect to suit; A couple, a solo traveller or an astute business person. The apartment is clean, clutter free and convenient for all your needs.
Furnished with designer decor, quality linen, complimentary touches, lock garage car spot upon request, separate lounge and bedroom area.

Our home is a two minute Walk to Oxford St, st Vincent hospital, train station and many other great locations.
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as can be. We live 10minutes away and are happy to assist 24/7.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor and has security lock door for safety. All bars and night clubs have a lock out so there will be no noise after 12pm.

LASTLY; This is a home, not a hotel. We rent our home out for overseas travellers to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, With that being said please be respectful and mindful that there will be imperfections like any home that is used on a daily basis. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER; general wear and tear, aesthetics within the apartment eg; furnishings, surrounding noises from the street, passing cars or construction work taking place.
* If you need the car spot you must make an enquiry within first.
*Please notify me if anything is missing on check in or check out so I can replace it immediately.
*strictly no smoking or pets within the apartment if you do I will charge you for any damages.
*There is an aircon unit, a portable one.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, laundry facilities ( which is directly across from the apartment), wifi, all cooking facilities, wardrobe space and secure car park.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :)

House Rules:
*Parking - Height clearance is 2m approx, the width is small so large 4x4's might not fit.
*Please do not use the towels to remove make up - you may be charged for any damage on the linen.
*Please notify me if anything is missing on check in or check out so I can replace it immediately.
*Strictly no smoking within the apartment. If you do, you will be charged for any damages/smoke smell.
*Strictly no parties or loud noises. If there is or any damages, charges will be forwarded to you.
*Please put the key back in the lockbox when you check out and SCRAMBLE THE NUMBERS(Very important!)** If you lose the key or the key isn't inside the lockbox when you check out, you will be charged minimum $200 for a locksmith to come unlock and re-key the door. (We re-key the door for safety precautions)
*if you lock yourself out you will need to get a locksmith to come and open it up for you - which will be at your own cost.
