Positive: In a lovely quiet street but just moments away from fabulous choice of restaurants. Excellent location for sightseeing Paris on foot but metro only 5minutes walk away. Property clean and functional.
Negative: Room is the size of a small caravan and bathroom is compact so not ideal but is functional. Yes space around toilet and WHB is very tight. This is central Paris and space is a premium and expensive but would have liked to have known this before booking. Was asked to pay money up front before getting access details but I refused because I thought it was a scam. They shouldn’t request this. They sent access details with no additional payment. Instructions were not clear so spent an hour trying to open the keysafe. I sent them the correct steps so they can share with future visitors. The shower has a very small water tank so only lasts 3 minutes and the temperature control was not working. I reported this but do not know if fixed. They said they would send someone out but they did not follow up on this. However, water doesn’t take long to heat back up again so we made it work. Extra dry towels for a stay of 4 nights would have been nice.
Summary: A lot of money for what it was but would stay again for the location alone and now I know what to expect.
