Positive: The game room was a big hit with my party. We were a family of 17 people of different ages and everyone found something to do. The location was nice, a little bit out of Billund but not very far. I liked staying in the countryside. There was ample space for everyone so no one had to feel crowded.
Negative: There were a few things that could have been better. I'm not sure but I got the feeling we were the first guests after the winter. The place was quite dirty when we came, there were cobwebs literally EVERYWHERE. We had to start by doing a bit of clean up before we settled in. Since we arrived very late at night and were traveling with small children, this was a bit annoying. The door of the downstairs bathroom was broken. It was tilted as the upper hinge was very loose. It kept coming loose even though we tried to fix it. Eventually, the hinge broke off so the door could not be closed. Also, the rental agreement never stated that towels and bed linens were not included in the rental. I had simply assumed that they were. It was only by coincidence when I called to ask about an unrelated matter on the day before our arrival that I found out these were not included. This, of course, added greatly to our luggage and I would have been very upset if I had not found out until I arrived.
Summary: Overall, a nice stay that could have been great with just a few tweaks.
