The house is located on the road to San Josep km5, on a small side street, just a few hundred meters distant from famous restaurant 'km5'.
The gorgeous beaches are very close: Sa Caleta in less then 5 minutes, CALA JONDAL with BLUE MARLIN in 5 minutes or the pretty westside beaches Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala d'Hort all within 15 minutes distance.
The villa is surrounded by a big garden with a lot of beautiful plants, a big pool and the BBQ area to celebrate life.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 big living rooms, kitchen, pool, etc.
The Villa will surprise you with a special party room to play pool listen to music and drink cold beer at you own private bar!
Air Condition and WIFI are provided, also enough parking space for 3-4 cars or more.

Summary: We had an amazing week at the Villa! Everything was as described. Tom is a very friendly guy - he was very flexible and always ready to solve any issues that came up quickly. The Villa was clean, well equipped, has a nice leisure area, pool, bar etc. Everyone enjoyed the place. The location is also superb; near the airport, beaches, clubs, city centre etc. Thank you! As a complete feedback; the only things I would say that could be improved are the fridges/refrigerators. They wouldn't get our drinks/food cold and it was super hot - so food had to be consumed quickly and drinks weren't cold. Maybe getting another large fridge (a commercial one); that could have drinks and frozen staff only would be perfect. And one of the rooms not having the AC; left one of the couples melting during the night. But apart from those two small things. Everything was perfect! Thank you and hope to see you again!
