The ground floor also features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and terrace access, as well as a small kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine. A bidet, bath/shower, and WC complete this level.
On the upper floor, you'll find another delightful double bedroom with an en-suite shower/bidet/WC. The house is heated with gas and features natural stone floors throughout.
