Complimentary shuttle picks up at the house when called. The shuttle takes you to the pools, tennis, golf course or private Beach Club. The zero entry pool is a 5-8 minute walk from the home, the Beach Club is a 10-12 minute walk, we do provide a beach wagon. SEE RESORT MAP PHOTO IN THIS DESCRIPTION. There is NO PARKING at the beach club (even golf carts), guests can walk or take the shuttle or be dropped by golf cart. There are multiple public beach access areas within a 10 minute drive if you prefer to take your own vehicle and there are golf cart accessible beach parking lots.

This villa also offers four luxurious bedrooms including a main ensuite with a king-size bed and full private ensuite bath. You will also enjoy one king and two guest queen size rooms one with a private ensuite full bath and two with a hall bath. Home will sleep up to 10 guests including the sleeper sofa in the living room.
This villa is part of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club in Perdido Key. The beach is a very short walk away, or allow the Resort Shuttle to pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Enjoy the screened upstairs patio for all year use with incredible resort views.

We provide four (4) bikes, beach towels, 10 x 10 sunshade, beach gear, coolers and MORE.
We offer the use of our 6 passenger street legal golf cart for $450/reservation + fully refundable security deposit of $500. This is billed separately - not through VRBO. The cart can be used to drive inside the resort community on streets, play golf, drive on River Road to several restaurants and to certain public beach access points. Beach Club on the Gulf has complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas on a first-come, first-served basis (seasonally and weather permitting).
GOLF DETAILS: Owner provides a transferrable golf membership allowing two (2) guests to play complimentary unlimited rounds at Lost Key Golf Course . Up to two (2) additional guests pay the reduced "guest of member rates". Reduced member cart fees will apply. Club rental is available at the golf course. For golf rates or course information, visit Lost Key Golf Club on line. IF you rent our cart, it CAN be used on the golf course with no fee for up to two guests.
BEACH CLUB DETAILS: There is no public parking at the Beach Club and golf carts are not allowed on Gulf Beach Highway. Guests can walk, ride our bikes or take the complimentary shuttle which picks up a the door when called. Guests can drive personal vehicles to any of the multiple public access beach areas with complimentary parking.
Parking notes: There is room for three cars to park in the driveway or garage only at the home. Street parking is prohibited.
