Hospédate en una casona del siglo XVI en el corazón de Puebla.
Este encantador departamento conserva la distribución original de la época, lo que te permitirá vivir una experiencia auténtica. Cuenta con dos habitaciones amplias, sala con dos sofá camas, comedor, cocina, patio de servicio y un baño completo. Durante tu estancia podrás apreciar detalles industriales únicos que formaron parte de un antiguo molino poblano: piezas llenas de historia y carácter.
Todas las áreas del departamento están conectadas. Para acceder al baño, es necesario atravesar las habitaciones, la sala y el comedor, como se acostumbraba antiguamente.

Gracias a su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón del centro histórico, sentirás de cerca la vida vibrante de la ciudad. En la planta baja del edificio hay un restaurante y compartimos con ellos el patio central, lo que puede generar algo de ruido. Si eres muy sensible al sonido urbano, esta propiedad tal vez no sea para ti. Pero si disfrutas del ambiente local, te encantará.

Otros aspectos destacables
Debido a la excelente ubicación en el corazón de Puebla, el ambiente vibrante de la ciudad se siente en el departamento. Hay un restaurante en la planta baja del edificio y compartimos el patio central con ellos. Un pequeño precio a pagar por vivir en el corazón de la ciudad ;). Si eres muy sensible al ruido, puedes comunicarte con nosotros y preguntar por tras opciones que tenemos para ofrecerte :)
Es importante mencionar que el departamento se encuentra en el segundo piso de la casa por lo que hay que subir 53 escalones en total (Un poco de ejercicio después de todo lo que comerás en Puebla!).
Contamos con una SMART TV que no tiene canales convencionales pero si tiene diferentes aplicaciones (Youtube, Netflix, etc...) para que puedas utilizar tu cuenta personal en cada una de ellas.

A partir de enero de 2025, el uso de los parquímetros en el Centro Histórico de Puebla tendrá un costo de 5 pesos por hora.

Queremos comentarte que, especialmente en epocas de calor por dias soleados principalmente en primavera y verano,el departamento puede volverse cálido. Desafortunadamente, no contamos con aire acondicionado, pero hemos dispuesto ventiladores de uso doméstico para mayor comodidad. ¡Esperamos que disfrutes tu estancia!”
