This cozy condo is nestled between Freedom Park and Candler Park. Conveniently located on a quiet street around the corner from Little Five Points and restaurants. The home is minutes away from Emory and downtown Atlanta. Our two bedrooms/one bath apartment is located on the ground floor and has free parking. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo . Lounging outside on the front porch, you will notice the area is a melting pot of subcultures. Your four-legged friends are welcome.
The Little Five Points/Candler Park area is a thriving neighborhood with lots to offer guests. With an overall peaceful atmosphere punctuated by a bustling street full of restaurants and unique stores, the area is full of character. Visit McLendon Ave. for neighborhood staples like the Flying Biscuit Café and Candler Park Market. There’s also service to the neighborhood via the Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA stop.
Our two bedrooms/one bath apartment is located on the ground floor and has free parking. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo. While you are visiting, relax in the living room watching your favorite movie. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances. And the home includes a dining room table with seating for four.
Lounging outside on the front porch, you will notice the area is a melting pot of subcultures. Your four-legged friends can take advantage of the trails, while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly; bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
