A comfortable, spacious and extremely bright house, in a charming place, for lovers of silence, tranquility and the sound of the sea in the distance. There is a double garden at the entrance and at the rear, and a large roof terrace to enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains. Residents have access to swimming pools, paddle courts and children's playground.

It is located a few kilometers from Lajares and Corralejo beach in the most sought-after area of the island, in a very quiet and quiet urbanization. It has a very large roof terrace with sun loungers where you can enjoy spectacular views, silence and tranquility of the area.
The whole apartment is open to the two terraces and that is why it is very bright, but it has blinds and curtains so you can sleep comfortably. The kitchen shares a room with the living room and has a dining table with folding wings, smart tv, lounge table, washer / dryer, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, water heater, blender, kitchen utensils, coffee maker among others.
A separate room, equipped with a marriage chamber 145 * 200 cm, reading lamps, bedside table, high chair and cot if desired, and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with bath and shower, sink, bidet, vertical furniture, hair dryer and mirror.
In the living room there is a sofa bed with Italian opening, with a comfortable double bed and expands from 140 * 190 cm for additional guests. Beside the sofa is a comfortable desk with drawer for whom I need to devote a little time to their work.
The hotel near the house offers a wonderful paid water park, ideal for families with children. In the same structure a few steps from the apartment, there are bars, restaurants, gym, mini-golf and a supermarket.
We are available to guests for any questions or problems that may arise. I personally am not always in Fuerteventura but there are collaborators with high hourly availability. We receive our guests personally to explain everything necessary. The most important information will be left written as a letter of reception along with maps of the island and different recommendations of places to visit, excursions, gourmet offer ... Guests will find their welcome pack of food and drink so they can enjoy their arrival in peace. This can be adapted to the tastes and allergies of the guest by communicating previously. Corralejo is the center of the island's nightlife, with dozens of bars and restaurants, surf schools and any type of leisure activities, and is only 12 minutes away by car. A few kilometers away from the house is Lajares, the most famous surf town in the archipelago, with excellent places to have breakfast, eat or listen to live music at night. Every week it houses the picturesque artisan market, exclusively with local products. The fishing village of El Cotillo is also within walking distance, as is its emblematic El Tostón lighthouse, a privileged corner of the area from which every day you can enjoy the most magical sunsets in the area.
To make the most of your trip to the north of the island, it is advisable to rent a car at one of the airport companies. Ask for my advice if you don't know which one to choose, I can advise you the best options. Unfortunately, public transport is not an option in this virgin and uncontaminated part of the island.
