Summary: Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. When we booked the property, “hot tub” was in the title and it is currently listed as an amenity. We were told prior to our arrival that it’s not available for use. One thing you should know before booking is there are multiple units in this building. There are some shared deck spaces with privacy screens. You do not get the entire home - it’s a unit in the building. Top deck is unusable, but looks like they plan to fix it. We arrived and housekeeping had not finished the laundry. There was laundry in the washer, hanging out or the dryer, and on the floor. We were told, “There was a large party before you, housekeeping must have run out of time.” And that we could take the laundry out if we want to use the washer and dryer. The house needs a GOOD deep clean and fresh paint. We’re unsure if all linens were changed or cleaned as there was hair on pillows and body odor on some of the blankets. Improvements need to be made. In our groups opinion, what we paid was not worth the current state. Management is quick to respond though. Thats a plus.
