Positive: Beautiful view!
Negative: There were unwashed sheets, multiple broken closet doors propped up awkwardly. Hot tub is set under the house and had yellow caution tape around it. Washer put rust stains on clothes. Beautiful house that needs a good handyman.
Summary: Beautiful view but overpriced for the lack of maintenance.
