Amazing sunsets await you! Luxurious beachfront condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and intracoastal waterway. Lighthouse Towers is a deluxe waterfront property located right on Sand Key beach, which is consistently ranked as one of America’s top beaches. Lighthouse Towers offers a private heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, shuffleboard and tennis facilities as well as 24-hour security and parking, all in a quiet, private location.
This 7th floor, 1420 sq. ft. condo has been completely remodeled and furnished in relaxing, neutral tones. The unit features porcelain tile flooring throughout with maple cabinets, granite countertops and new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances. The unit is furnished in solid cherry wood furniture, a leather full size sleeper sofa in the living room, a king size Simmons Beautyrest mattress in the Master and a queen size Simmons Beautyrest mattress in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with maple cabinets, Kohler fixtures and granite countertops, and the master ensuite boasts a separate shower and oval spa tub.
Entertainment system includes a 54” HD flat-screen television, Blu-ray/DVD player with surround sound, iPod docking station and high-definition cable TV, Netflix movie subscription, 42" HD TV's in each bedroom. Also includes wireless high speed internet access and unlimited North American long distance calling.
