Come visit our oceanfront condo in the Historic Nye Beach District of Newport. Relax in comfort and enjoy the sweeping ocean view and phenomenal sunsets from the living room or balcony of our fully furnished second story condo. Dine in, preparing a sumptuous gourmet meal in our well-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and two comfortable futon chair/beds in the living area. Lounge, watching a movie on one of the condo’s two televisions—one in the living room with a VCR/DVD and one in the bedroom with VCR. And for added convenience, our condo comes with two full baths. Located in the arts district of Nye Beach you are just steps away from galleries, great dining, entertainment and shopping. You are only minutes away from Newport's bay front, and the Performing Arts Center and a short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, ranked top 10 in the country, and the Hatfield Marine Science center. Explore the light houses, go fishing, crabbing, or hiking then sample some brew at Rogue Brewery. For play and relaxation, you can use the on-site swimming pool! The pool and spa equipment break down frequently. I cannot guarantee either will be open during your stay.
