On the first floor, in front of the sea ( you have just to cross the street ), the living room opens onto a terrace wide enough to set a four people table. A sleeping room gives also onto sea front, and the other one, larger, on the backyard. Behind the house are situated the private parking for one car and a small shady garden with a cupboard for beach things, a water inlet for rinsing and a brick-built barbecue. Garden table and chairs.
