Single-storey country house dating from the 17.C on a 2½ha estate including a lake, verdant setting only 10 mins' drive from the sea. 2 other Gîtes and owners' house close by. Living room with kitchen area + woodburner, double-bedded Bedroom1 (1.60x2m), bathroom/shower/WC en suite, Bedroom2 with twin beds + shower room, laundry room, WC. Electric heating, Wi-Fi, central vacuum cleaner. Beds made on arrival. Towels supplied. Garden, garden furniture, BBQ. Patio. Shed. A large, comfortable farm building renovated with green building materials. Our ponies are waiting for your children to come and we will take you out in our boat (from March to October depending on the weather). Our animals on the grounds make the children happy : goats, Ouessant black sheep, ornamental chickens. In the season you can pick vegetables from the garden or fruits in the orchard.
