Within walking distance to the beach and playground this property is ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Ledge Point is the perfect location to explore Western Australia's mid west region or to just relax and unwind.

Air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Full kitchen facilities are provided as well as a large dining area and spacious lounge. A secluded outdoor area with BBQ is a lovely space to enjoy evening nibbles and drinks or watch the sunset from the front porch.
