There are numerous walking paths that start from the villa and meander through the glorious Tarn-et-Garonne countryside, which is beautiful right throughout the year.

The Living room is bright and airy with a large picture window with gorgeous views. The Living space has been designed as an open plan; includes a kitchen with a 4 seater dining table in a comfortable living space. The TV and DVD player includes an extensive selection of DVD's to enjoy a relaxed movie night.
A staircase to the rear of the house will take you down to the lower ground floor main bedroom king bed and spacious en-suite. Beautiful tranquil views and with an external door that opens on to a small grassy area with table and chairs perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, watching the sunset, the local deer and the resident Owl family.
The Gardens
The Spacious grounds of 4.5 acres provide a private and peaceful setting with views across the valley with its rolling hills and fields of sunflowers. An abundance of outside space for exploring, running on the grass or simply sitting peacefully beneath one of the many trees.
