The first floor opens to a sun-filled living room and dining area, with custom window shades for privacy. A brand-new kitchen and bar are designed for easy entertaining. A conveniently located laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer leads to a backyard oasis where you can enjoy sunbathing by the pool, grilling, dining, and relaxing by the fire pit.
The first floor also has two bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. The second floor has three bedrooms and a second full bath.
