The Lazy Moose Lodge is a relatively new luxury log home/chalet which backs up to the Gallatin National Forest on a quiet dead-end street and only minutes from the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park. The home is privately situated in a grove of beautiful Lodge Pole Pine, Aspen and Douglas Fir trees and has a great view from it's covered back porch into the Gallatin forest, including riding trails and native forest wildlife (e.g deer and an occasional moose or elk). It has 1,250 sq ft of living space, including 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sleeping Loft plus a full length covered front porch and a very private covered back porch (dining porch!) overlooking the Gallatin National Forest! Consistently receives high ratings - e.g. "Beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful stay at the Lazy Moose Lodge. It was well-stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Surrounded by trees, it feels very private. It was a great home base for a Yellowstone vacation."
Beautifully decorated in a rustic mountain lodge theme with all new furniture, fixtures and household items. Ideally suited for up to 6 adults plus children for a maximum party size of 10 (Note: Groups including more than 6 adults require owner notification and approval prior to booking). Simply one of the 'best of the best' in area rental vacation homes!
