All rooms have ac/heat and ceiling fans a ventilation system fresh air modern new home. South shore of Long Island lindenhurst also known as Venetian shore overlooking all major beaches from fire island to jones beach. Heart of Ny close to nyc lirr transportation Uber Lyft. Surrounded in the only canal in fhe island surrounded by boats docked fishing kayak summer fun winter wonderland in ny lindenhurst Long Island waterside

All amenities as stated to have a pleasant home away from home experience with hosts at your service huge driveway fits 4 plenty of street parking can fit 12-14. Backyard fireplace style patio bbq, bicycle waterfall, kids golf spring break fishing summertime nowhere better than south shore beaches of Long Island New York.
