The apartment has a panoramic view of Saint Piter's church and Old Town's roofs. To Daugava river and restaurants 100 meters or 1 minute on foot. The apartment has sleeping places for 4 persons and has everything you need: bed linen, towels, fast internet, smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, spices, soap, body wash, shampoo, and more else
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern building (2008), the interiors of the common halls are made in a classic style using marble.
The apartment has just been renovated and has all modern amenities. In the design of this apartment, we applied our experience gained over many years of accommodating guests, we tried to make the most comfortable apartment for two couples or a family of 4 people both for short and long stays.
It is 43sqm. large, and has storage for your luggage and clothing, as well as a dedicated work desk.
