Start your nautical adventure at this unique 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,250 square foot home on a quiet cul-de-sac with an ocean view, playground, hot tub and succulent garden. This comfortable home includes the main 4 bedroom house with a self-contained one bedroom apartment above the garage with private kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, deck and ocean view. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, you will have plenty of room for the entire family.
Storage shed in the back is for cleaning supplies and will be locked. Guests have full access to all other areas of the home. Front door has a smart lock. Second floor key is unlock box under the stairs next to the gate.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the stand-alone suite on the second floor, 2 laundry rooms, garage, and hot tub.
Ryker and April manage several Airbnb's in the area for busy home owners. We are available over the app for communication, and in emergencies we can talk to you via text or phone call. We sometimes come to the home if you need our assistance with something, and our housekeeper lives just a few blocks away.
Hot tub maintenance people come every Monday and will enter the backyard unannounced. Landscaper comes twice/month and will also come into the back yard unannounced.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG - globally recognized trust and safety insurance that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to complete an ID verification process.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect our quiet, family neighborhood, and to adhere to local laws and Airbnb rules, we do not allow parties in the house (this includes birthday parties), and we kindly ask that things are kept quiet after 10:00 pm. This is not a neighborhood for parties whatsoever.
Parking: Please only park in the garage or in the driveway. Do not park on the street for any reason.
Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over the number booked, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.
Check Out: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning between guests but we kindly ask that before leaving, place dishes in the dishwasher and start it; start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us keep down the cleaning costs for guests. Please leave the home generally as you found it.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard or on the patios. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a fine of at least $300.
Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
Utilities: Lights/Heating: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and lower the thermostats when leaving the house.
Garbage: If you stay here on a Sunday, please put the garbage cans on the street Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup. If you are here Monday, please put the garbage cans back behind the gate. Do not put trash in the yard waste bin. This creates a huge mess that is difficult to clean up. If you create too much garbage then please take it with you. Do not overfill the trash can or there will be a $100 charge.
Pets: Pets are allowed for a $100/pet, non-refundable fee. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Also, keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. Please alert us if you have a pet. We shall not be responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet.
Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture. We have had guests rearrange and damage the furniture. It is also difficult for our housekeeper to put it back where it belongs.
BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after you use it.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Hot Tub: Please shower before entering the hot tub, and dry off before walking back into the house so that you do not damage the hardwood floors.Please be aware that the maintenance person will come into the yard once/week to maintain the hot tub.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
Landscaper/Hot Tub Maintenance: Landscaper may enter the back yard unannounced. Hot tub maintenance is every Wednesday afternoon unless they get busy, then it sometimes is Thursday morning.
