3 Bedroom Condo with Balcony, Security and Laundry

Located GULF FRONT at popular Largo Mar Condominiums. This town home has just been updated for you and your family to enjoy. This property is located on the east end of Panama City Beach and is just a short drive to attractions such as St. Andrews State Park, Wonderworks, multiple golf courses and nightlife. Dining is a breeze with options such as Captain Anderson’s, the new Marina Cantina, Boatyard, J Michaels, and Liza’s Kitchen; just to name a few!
This gulf front three-bedroom town home has plenty of space for your whole family. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with everything you need for those perfect meals together. The dining area seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, pull out sleeper sofa and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
Head on upstairs to the second story and you will find the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV.
The second guest bedroom has two full size beds and cable TV. This bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the Gulf. These bathrooms share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom. The full-size washer and dryer is also located on this level.
The third floor has the master bedroom complete with a king size bed and cable TV. The private master bath is just off the bedroom. This bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the Gulf.
All beds are freshly made for your stay and bath towels are provided. We also provide a starter kit of amenities for your stay. Property wide WIFI is available.
All guests must be 21 or older and the majority over 23 to stay in this property unless accompanied by an adult couple or management approval. There is a STRICT No-Smoking/No Pets policy.

Summary: Largo Mar is a fabulous place to stay. No elevator to deal with which is a big plus. All three bedroom units are directly on the beach….just walk out the sliding doors. All units are a very close walk to the beach. This particular unit was very nice. It could use a new washer and dryer but they work…..just don’t try to run them when trying to sleep!!! The kitchen could use a few more items like crock pot and storage bowls so bring your own. I will definitely book again when I need a three bedroom but will bring more kitchen supplies.
