A very pleasant holiday house on 2 levels. It features the ground floor a very large (60 square meters) dining and living area with open fireplace and TV corner. The kitchen is very well equipped (with dishwasher). Also located on this level two bedrooms, a large bathroom (shower, toilet, two hand basins, washing machine) and a further guest bathroom. About the Grand Gallery to get to the upper floor where two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink are available. The beautiful, large balcony and large garden with stunning views of Lake Maggiore invite you to relax outdoors. The spacious floor plan offers a total of 8 people. Direct access to the house. Parking for two cars in the driveway at home. Towels / Linens can be made in consultation with the landlord available.
Bescheibung around: Absolutely quiet, 120 m above the lake at the end of a private road the house is right on the edge. The incomparable views over the Lake Maggiore and on Cannero and the mountains behind will remain the guests of our Casa Carlotta unforgettable.
