A quiet and spacious house with a large open garden, in which many kind of Australian native birds and trees live. The birds often joined to welcome new guests. It is close to the Killara Golf Club and Paddy Palin Reserve.
This house consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, lounge and deck. The house is on the high slope and view the Paddy Palin Reserve with beautiful trees and creek.
There are tables for work. The large garden is good for pets.

The Paddy Palin Reserve with creek is only 20 meters away. Sitting in the dining table, living area and decking, you can enjoy bushy Paddy Palin Reserve.
The house is located near the end of the quiet Highfield Lane, opposite to the Highfield Road. There are plenty of parking spaces. The garage has two car spaces. Guests can park on driveway and street as well.
Please do not feed the native birds using foods.
Please be informed about the check-out house rules:
1. Check-out time is strictly no later than 10am
2. Please ensure all dishes and pots are washed and oven and stove are cleaned prior to departure
3. Please remove all food + drinks from the fridge(s) and dispose them in the bin/take them with you
4. Please turn air conditioners/fans (if any) + lights off
5. Please empty all the bins into the garage bins, please pay attention to follow the rules of what goes in which waste bins.
6. Please close all windows and lock balcony door (if any) and the house door.
7. Please notify us of any damages caused before checking out
8. Please put one set of two keys on the table inside the house and put the other set of keys in the key safe. The security code of the key safe is 4545. Please change the key number, NOT the Security Code, to any combination, other than 4545 to keep the key safe locked.
