Outdoor and indoor amenities are abundant at Grey Havens. You will enjoy a custom designed heated pool with a private outdoor shower and changing room, a beautifully landscaped fenced lawn with butterflies galore, 175 ft. private dock ending in a shaded and lighted gazebo with running water and a fish-cleaning station. The home has over 4600 sq. ft. of interior space with beautiful heart-pine flooring throughout and magnificent views of the Bay as well as the Gulf.
Guests have numerous options to choose from. The primary bedroom is truly expansive measuring 19 x 20 sq. ft. The main entry bedroom is off the great room. The primary bath features a sunken tub as well as a walk-in shower. All 3 main floor bedrooms feature king-size beds and the kids room downstairs sleeps 6 with 2 twin bunk beds and a queen-size futon. All 5 bedrooms provide you with ceiling fans and TVs. The expansive open concept kitchen comes fully equipped with granite counter tops, top-of-the-line appliances, including two refrigerators, double ovens, convection cooktop and a state-of-the-art sink and faucet. There are multiple work areas and an Amish custom-made dining table & chairs with seating for 10. All of this creates the best atmosphere to prepare and enjoy a meal with your family and friends. The primary family great room on the main floor has a massive overstuffed sectional sofa for you to relax on and watch a 75 inch TV. There are plenty of windows, a vaulted ceiling with six ceiling fans, a picnic table, and a game/card table. The room can seat 27 people comfortably. This tropical paradise also has a 75 ft. wide Florida room with expansive windows overlooking the bay, four ceiling fans and can comfortably seat 20 people. The Florida room has a conversation area that seats 9 centered around a fireplace with a 60 inch TV, as well as two large game/card tables, a desk & chair, a couch, and secluded lounge chair. Grey Haven's also features an extra-large laundry room and washing station with plenty of shelves and hanging racks. In the morning you can lounge in one of the 8 cushioned deck chairs and watch the sun come up over St. Joe Bay. In the afternoon you can cookout using the Weber gas grill and at sundown you can step out on the upper deck facing the Gulf to watch the sun go down. The large screened-in porch offers the perfect spot to enjoy views of the bay, dinner, games, and family.
The loft area provides the perfect social space for kids. The ITSF-Certified foosball table allows you to decompress and let out your competitive spirit.
You will also find covered parking, and an extra-wide driveway for boat parking. Just a short walk to a dedicated beach access on the Gulf side, it is the perfect balance of Beach and Bay. All nature lovers will enjoy the St. Joseph State Park, only a mile down the road and rated as one of the best state parks in the U.S.
