Positive: Beautiful classic German chalet style apartment using entire top floor. Very large with separate bedroom, kitchenette, living room, dining room, office alcove, large balcony, gated private parking. Apartment is full of beautiful old antique and newer style furniture. Views from all 4 sides of upper floor apartment. Plenty of room for family of 4. It is close to central Bad Tolz, very close to several good restaurants and 15 minute walk to Bad Tolz village with more shopping and restaurants. I'm working in Penzberg, 20-25 minutes drive, but prefer to stay here since it is so nice. The host, Rita, could not be nicer.
