Positive: The location and view of Bear Lake is absolutely perfect. The apartment is also very close to beaches the downtown area and a grocery store which was great.
Negative: The basement had an infestation of wolf spiders that made that area of the home uninhabitable for our family. This was very disappointing. The property management company notified us that they would send somebody out to spray for the spiders. We do not know if anybody actually came because when we got home that afternoon, all of the same spiders were still dead all over the carpets in upwards of 20+. I found live spiders on the couches downstairs. We could not utilize that room at all which we paid for. We also found numerous large wolf spiders climbing up the stairs from the basement, which was unnerving I removed half a dozen from the home with many more dead ones in the basement.
Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time and we may do with the less room that we had. I would not stay there again just beca
