This Lakefront Property was built in 1988 and recently remodeled and features 7 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, an exciting game room, a private boat dock, and a lakeside patio entertainment area and can sleep up to 22 guests. It's excellent for swimming and floating in front 200 feet of your waterfront*. Many outdoor seating areas are included, with a grand one on the boat deck, a large swim deck, and patio areas. So close to everything, you can float the Comal or Guadalupe River during your stay and enjoy a day at Schlitterbahn water park, New Braunfels is a short 20-minute drive, and San Antonio River Walk is less than a 45-minute drive, and Austin is less than an hour drive away. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
