There are amazing lake views from this lakefront home and its deck right on the water, as well as a lawn area to give kids a safe place to play, a private dock, and plenty of space for up to 14 guests, ideal for your group's next lake adventure. The huge deck has plenty of comfortable seating and even a swinging bench under the porch roof. The home has three separate living spaces, the main house offering a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The second property has a game room with an extra refrigerator, large couch, and half bath. The upstairs, two-bedroom apartment has a kitchenette and full bath and the sofa bed sleeper. The main dining table can seat more than 10 dinner guests. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.
