The condo is on the second level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has its very own private beach with a fishing pier***, and is just a short drive to "The Strip" (5 min), Spire Institute (15 min), Wineries, Parks, Covered Bridges, and many other fun outdoor attractions.
The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed a 48" TV, as well as a master bathroom with granite countertop, and a walk in shower.
The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed & 36" TV.
The second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6.
Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. All new bath towels and sheets for 2021!
The Kitchen, Dining Room, & Living Room offer a spectacular view of the Lake.
The Living Room has and an electric fireplace. Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided with secured access code. The Living Room opens to a private balcony that offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lake. All entry doors require a security passcode as well.
